OK, but no more
Sept 2016 As others have stated, this products is kinda flimsy. Looks like they didn't put much thought/effort into it's design and construction. The battery goes in backwards from normal. That said, it does work. However, it sometimes pulls the hair as it it cuts it--that can be mildly uncomfortable.
Bottom line is that when this unit goes kaput (which I really don't think will take long) I won't be buying another one.
June 2018 Well, garsh. Here I am almost two years later and the device is still working. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's not pretty and it makes a tremendous racket but it works.
