Easy installation
It's so easy to install with activation. After installation it doesn't flash at all that is good for evening.

Good Value
It holds 2 monitors on desk stable, at position almost perfect for sitting at desk,. The desk is about 30 inches high. If you are used to stand, desk needs to be raised for a desired position.
