Perfect!
Perfect fit for my Herman Miller Aeron chair! No need for extra brackets/adapters! Smooth & quiet. "Plug & Play"! Didn't even have to adjust the lever cable tension. I thought I might have to take care of an additional problem with the old cylinder on my chair coming dangerously close to the floor - I thought the base was worn and I might have to shim the cylinder, but this replacement seated with an inch and a half clearance to spare.
