OK, but not for everybody
These roto-clippers are OK for most light nail trimming on thin, soft nails. Not too great for people with thick, hard nails, or if you want to take off a lot of nail at one time. If you press too hard, the clippers slow down and it takes even longer to get done. If you don't press hard enough, nothing comes off the nails. Uses batteries, so it's a bit underpowered.

Satisfied so far
It works as expected. It came in a timely manner. What more can you ask for? Unfortunately I have no idea of how long the battery will last. Could be days, months or years.
