defective

This product is designed to work with a 6th gen ipad, but if you have upgraded the OS to the most recent, you will have a lot of difficulty connecting. After researching this online I find that many others have the same issue. Once I finally got it paired with my ipad I found that many of the keys also were intermittently working or not working at all. This could also be due to the incompatibility with the newer OS, but I suspect it was defective. This item was listed as new - open box, but I suspect it was a defective return that was sold as new.
