Missing part!

I love the grinder but there was a part missing when I received it - the flat right hand tool support. I called it in on Tuesday the 10th of November and was told they will order another: however, haven't received it yet. any thing you can do to expedite shipment will be appreciated. jim CORRECTION CORRECTION
