This product was in terrible condition when it arrived, the product was melted and the bag it was in was just all greasy . Besides that it was not the cream I had ordered, it was Elizabeth Arden but not the one I had ordered. I sent it back and still waiting for a refund. I cannot send photos as I have returned it. Very disappointed. Would appreciate it if you looked into this and made sure I receive my refund. Thank you,
