Great good looking laptop with punch
These laptops get bad press because of their lack of upgradability but this is no different to some mac products and this unit is competitive directly here. I love the fact that it has the lovely alcantara keyboard but in a rigid form factor and I equally love the fact that the screen can be supported from the keyboard. I get a good 8 hours of use and my battery is on around 130 cycles. If you want to draw this model is not for you but if you want to use to touch and the odd basic drawing you would get away with this here. I have the i.5 256gb version and this meets my needs for a typical home user that wants office emails web and movies. I think it looks great also and with Windows 10 pro it’s just outstanding. I would recommend any of the surface range to people but this model to me is the laptop replacement with added touch. If you need to draw go pro , if you need power go book - they all have their strengths and weaknesses. I’ve put photos of the surface book keyboard compared to the whole surface laptop to give you an idea of how thin it is

Excellent Product - I use it for making Apple products work on PCs that support Thunderbolt
I purposely bought this to bring back to life an Apple 27" Monitor that only has the Thunderbolt connector on it. I got sick of the Mac Mini so the monitor as lovely as it is has sat dormant. With this device and my Lenovo T470, I can now get this monitor to work in the PC world and give it a new lease of life. This is all thanks to this cable. I put down it is good value - reality is its a lot of money to pay for an adaptor but so is a new monitor again so I this is why I have marked at down as good value. the quality is excellent also.
