Works enough to use, but you must unplug it to shut it off
This works when plugged in, in the sense of pumping air as needed, but the control function actuated by the control dial is partly broken: when you set the dial below 1, down to 0, the light changes from green to amber, indicating OFF, but the motor never stops running -- it keeps running at the lowest level, of 1, all the time. You need to unplug the pump to shut it off. Since I'm desperate, and these pumps are totally unavailable, I'm keeping and using it, but it's partly broken. I only hope it keeps working for many, many years, as I will get life-destroying bedsores without this special LAL mattress, and this is the only compatible pump I found *anywhere* on the web.
