  My third attempt at buying this drill. One disappeared at the hands of Evri ( hmmm 🙄), the next was faulty and this one arrived in a polybag. No packaging. Not suprisingly, the case was cracked and broken. As I was at my wits end, i accepted a 20% refund and kept the drill. I couldn't go through a forth refund process. Absolute nightmare. Seller has poor communication and treats customers rather poorly. It's a case of ' we've had your money, now go away'...and I put that nicely 😉
