    Doll should have been classified as "used". The threads typically used to secure the skirt were missing. The box had been taken apart to display her and carefully reassembled with new tape. Her shoes were also bound together using new tape. The base of the stand was not secured, as is the typical case with a new in box doll. Doll in good shape, but not as described.

    We enter into every transaction ready to work together when problems arise. While we neglected to update the condition toggle on this listing, the description clearly stated that the doll had been removed from the box for photos and as soon as we learned that the buyer was displeased, we immediately reached out (twice), offering her a return/refund. We never received a reply. We stand by our twenty-year 100% record and won’t let this single negative tarnish the 2,300+ positives that preceded it.

I bought this little guy for my wife who is starting a business where she upcycles old clothing into new, patchwork creations (she's known as "Mama Awesome Pants") and the style of this figure looks like a lot of her creations. She loves it!

Cthulhu will dominate over all your other pops (as it should be)
For a Pop, this thing is huge. I plan to paint mine to add a lot of extra tones/color, but it's pretty cool as is too. When placed among regular-sized pops (or even 6" pops), this definitely commands the shelf and looks like what it is - H.P. Lovecraft's Elder One.
