Great Idea
These are so easy to use. Just pop the whole thing (sock & all) into the freezer. The material is very soft, and the construction is a very good quality. I use these every night.
I only wish they would stay colder, longer. They only seem to last about 20 minutes (yes, I know that's the common recommended time to ice your parts, but I'd like to decide that!) I do over-wrap them with ace bandage to make them a little tighter to my feet.
Anyway, these are the first ones I've tried, and I like 'em.

Great little kit!
Well worth the price. Great for starting out with crochet, with so many sizes.
