Clean and detailed sound capture, excellent analogue to digital conversion.
Using the Roland Quad Capture to digitise vinyl records.
Very clean input amps.
Very easy installation of the drivers / control panel from the Roland web site.
Works very well with Windows 10 (no crashes or stutters).

Perfect size pies with crunchy lids.

The two pie version makes a smaller, better size pie.
The shallow dome of the lid of the two pie version makes better contact with the pastry meaning the lid always cooks properly (unlike the four pie version).

Good recording of some very good music.
The Mozart Piano Concertos No 20 and No 21 are two of his best and this is a good recording by a very accomplished artist. A very good addition to a library, especially if just starting your journey into classical music.
