Fun and cute, but too bad about the sound
5 of 5 found this helpful This portable Sega Genesis handheld is totally worth the asking price, especially if you add an SD card full of your favorite games that weren't included in this version. The 2016 edition is nice because it includes 3 new role-playing games and the ability to save your progress. The worst part of this handheld is the sound. It's okay for some of the jangly Genesis music like in Road Rash, but anything melodic like Phantasy Star III or Sonic the Hedgehog is far enough off to be quite annoying. Playing with the sound off is perfect, though!

Cute and fun, huge library of games
4 of 4 found this helpful An excellent value, this does everything the New 3DS XL can do except for 3D. DS, 3DS and New 3DS games (including Super Nintendo games from the eshop) run great, and the hardware package is lighter and more stylish than the other variants.
