Works with some finnessing
1 of 1 found this helpful It comes with the Daniel Defense markings on it. It mounts to the rail easily. The sight post is easily adjustable, but mine had a slight bend that was easily remedied with some needle nose. It appears to be a standard A2 front post so you can replace the post if you want. Feels lile 6061 aluminum coating is ok, not as good as a real DD obviously but I dont see any reason why it wouldn't hold up under hard use.

Good option for work guns.
I paired this sight with an old school KAC 600m rear and aesthetically they go together really well. More importantly, the way the m2 attaches to the rail leaves plenty of room on either side for a light. That's important when working with a 10.5 barrel. Great machining, great design, great materials. Thumbs up. I only tried the front sight in the 12 o'clock position so I can't speak to the rear or the offset options.

Great for short barrels.
These little flash cans really help with the concussion and the fire ball on short barreled ARs. I've noticed a slightly smoother recoil impulse and almost no muzzle rise when running these little boosters.
