Got a new dud.
As disappointing and half hearted as hyperkin's customer service, this little console could have been great if they hadn't used such cheap parts. New unit never worked and available parts don't suit the top loaders. Be warned they don't care about online stores and won't offer a warranty to you. You can do everything right with connection, the region setting, have spotless genuine games but it won't save it.
