  Unacceptable. Card was sent without a penny sleeve and top loader. Just the card encased in bubble wrap.

  Buyer is not familiar with Keepsake cards. They are very thick and do not fit in a top loader so I wrapped it very well in bubble wrap. This is the 5th of its kind that I've sold and never had a complaint.
