Nice concept but awkward.
2 of 2 found this helpful I like the vibration to concetrate on. The meditation app is ok. The concept of holding in your hands is hard for me to get use to; especially if lying on my back. It's just awkward and uncomfortable. I prefer just having my arms at my sides and concentrating on my breath.
I have moved this next to my massage chair and in a zero ogravity position I use this as a daytime meditation device.

This is the best muzzle brake I've ever used.
I love this because you have The Choice of using the deflector or just the thread protector and it looks awesome!
