For good economy you need good air flow!

Well made and already seasoned for cooking right out of the box. It keeps the heat and splatter in the skillet where it belongs!
Any one who likes Bacon (and who doesn't !) will like how fast the bacon cooks without the splattering of bacon grease as well as being flat and evenly cooked. It is a great addition to my griddle and works just as well in my large iron skillet. Most of the other bacon press I have seen online for sale are shorter than yours and with a bacon press SIZE MATTERS ! thanks!
