Invicta claim you have up to 5 year warranty but fail to tell you than if you open the box and take the clear blue plastic protection off
1 of 2 found this helpful After removing the protective coating the Pro diver ran for one day . They fail to tell you to get it replaced or repair . You have to pay half as much as it cost to ship back to Japan to repair and it will take three months( not very good since the watch was a gift and 1/3 of a year goes by before you get your repaired new watch back when it was defective from day one and you had it on for one day. Makes it quiet expensive when you pay nearly twice to get one watch you hope will run for more than one day . There representatives are so rude, if I ran the company and heard how they talk to the customer, I would fire them on the spot. Just don't buy Invicta . Go buy a Timex. Better watch and if their watch does break, they give you a new watch right then and there. I think I have been suckered by tv commercials because I have bought over Twelve different style Invicta watches and since I don't wear them all at once I have now discovered Some have never been worn but they now don't work either. Guess I will just throw them in the junk watch box as a collection of junk watches and a lesson well learned . I bought my watches from The Watchery And from The Watch Store , all the autorized dealers on eBay for Invictas watches. I have been waiting now for over two months for one pro diver to come back from oversea somewhere. The local center doesn't tell you where it is being mail to except overseas to where it was made and I had to not only pay to ship back to USA store but then they wrote me weeks later to tell me I needed to send them more money to pay for shipping and insurance to send back overseas and to pay for return shipping and insurance to ship it back from overseas to me again . So basically if I had if known all this up front , I could have bought a brand new watch locally . You probably will never read this but I hope so because the watch was bought for a Birthday gift for August 17 2016 and will not get it back to use for a Christmas present in 2016. I really don't expect it to ever return Since it has already been since August since first purchased and here it is fixing to be Dec So think hard before you get suckered by the Invicta Watch show on Tv. They are pretty but don't work as good as a Timex at 1/3 the prices even if Invicta is in sale. The Invicta MSRP is always up in the $350 brackets and discounted for TV sakes of $89.00 or something like that

Great bargain
Great bargain but they dont seem to last as long as you would think they should . But you have so many, you got enough to change batteries in watch again
