Good value/quality for what I use it for

I didn't say it was "better" than expected - ebay says that. I said it is 4-star quality and I would recommend it as it is good value for the dollar and good quality for what I use it for...it is WHAT I EXPECTED when I purchased it. I am a professional welder and I use a lot of this material for ornamental (non-critical) work and it works very well for that at the price point.
