Good for what we want it for.
We eventually got the correct item we bought after they sent incorrect item. Lots of messing about to get it put right. The item is ok for the cost but a little plasticky, not the best quality but for the price it'll do the job. Don't feel it'll be very durable, time will tell.

All round great kettle.
It's brilliant!!!! It boils quickly. Not overly loud as it is a kettle when all said & done. Very comfortable to hold. This is the 4th we have had. The only downfall is it's poor quality filter which doesn't last too long before it fractures. A real shame if it is discontinued as it is a good quality kettle which does boil water, lots now seem to switch off before water boils-probably due to silly health & safety. Please do not delete it from the range or stop making this kettle, it is really good.
Power lead is a little short for us but once again this is health & safety gone mad. Good price from this seller.
