Great electrode for most electrolysis uses.
Someone else rated this one star because it can't be used for water purification. I'm using this for splitting hydrogen and oxygen from water to fuel a Verneuil furnace to create synthetic ruby and sapphire. If you need good electrodes to be used for hydrogen+oxygen torches, these electrodes will be a good investment.

Excellent 83 series padlock.
The price for this was pretty good on sale, so I had to get it. I'm completely satisfied with the lock overall. It's a solid build lock and it's a 300 core, not a C6A 300, so no open 6th chamber with cover plate. It's all solid which I like.
As per usual, the 6th chamber was not pinned. It came with two sets of keys which were a contractor set and an owner set. The owner keys disable the contractor key by dropping a smaller diameter pin into contactor pin retaining chamber positioned off to the side of the 4th pin chamber with the key way turned to the full open position.
I'm not fond of the key bitting of the contractor and the owner keys, but that's not even an issue for me as I was expecting this to be a zero bitted cylinder as I normally purchase. The only complaint I have is there was no Z bar included with this lock. I noticed this immediately as the lock did not retain the key. I thought maybe the Z bar was flipped, but it was missing altogether. The Z bar serves more purpose than just setting the lock to key retaining and that is to prevent bypassing the core which is a HUGE security compromise. I was going to rate this at only four stars because of this single complaint alone, however I am skilled at fabricating small metal parts. I had plenty of 1/8" diameter brass rod which I heated, flattened with a hammer, cut and filed to create a homemade Z bar using another Z bar from one of my other 83 series locks as a template.

Great value glassware for the hobby chemist, home-school parent.
I don't have anything negative to say about this flask. It is sturdy, clear of any defects and is perfect for my needs.
