Great Value and look

I loved the diamonds, had some issues with delivery and they jumped through hoops to help. They look smaller than some 2 carat earrings remember it is the cut. I had them checked out but it was correct! Love the company and the earrings and will buy again.

Broke after the first use

After the first use the unit would not stay running. I called Hoover and they said I needed to send it to a local repair shop. I dropped the unit off on February 27 and it needed a new engine and it is still not fixed as of April 4th.. They said they are waiting on a part but not sure if it will ever be fixed. If and when I get a working machine I will come back and leave a better review. Currently I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. On a positive note the unit came looking brand new and was in great shape.
