No Problems
It's a HUGE file that I could not download myself because I live in a wireless world. But...my buddy downloaded it for me and it installed no problem in my vehicle.

Seems Like a Keeper
I hope it lasts as long as my last one. I liked the feel of my old one better because it was rubber coated which made it feel better and more stable as I brushed. This model seems to be well designed but I can't speak to how long it will last. It kicks butt on my teeth. I have not tried downloading the app yet but most people don't like the app.
