I did not work for my palm tree.

I used it for palm tree, it was very disappointed, after 20 min I only cut about 30% of the arm and it was getting stuck. I end up buying a long pole saw to finish the job.

Bad product

I was very excited this item arrived today. I took my volt meter to tested so it can be installed tomorrow but bad new the transformer doesn't work. I need to sent back.
