Ingredient in furniture polish
This is a most necessary part of my homemade furniture finish/polish. The other two are pure gum spirits of turpentine and watco dark walnut. I mix all 3 in equal parts wipe on with a rag; and then wipe off. Repeat monthly.

Great with mods
Great deal. i love this; but have had to modify it slightly. The tank was not refillable. I used vise grips to remove the cap and am filling the tank with a pine sol based cleaning solution 3 tbs pine sol then fill with hot tap water. I am also intending to use replaceable cleaning pads that can be put in the wash. I hate constantly needing to get name brand disposable supplies.

Good replacement for an old favorite.
I used FixAll more than 40 years ago because it was non shrinking and made patching faster. This seems like a good substitute,
