Happy with Drill
I have the 12 volt Milwaukee rotary hammer drill (which is excellent) but wanted something with a little more power. I looked at every rotary hammer drill on the market, and came back to this Milwaukee 2712 as the best for my needs.
The ones that are more powerful than this get very heavy.

Perfect Battery Operated Rotary Hammer for Small Holes
Exactly what I was looking for. A high quality, low-cost, battery-operated SDS-Plus rotary hammer for drilling small holes. I previously had a big, 120 VAC hammer drill that was almost useless drilling into hard concrete poured foundations.
For small holes like the ones I drill (3/16 inch up to 1/2 or maybe 5/8 inch max.) this tool is ideal!

It's Massive!
Its massive - the only thing bigger is the (very expensive) Squire SS100CS.
