It does the job!
4 of 4 found this helpful When I received the duplicator one of the trays would not open. I e-mailed the company and was told to check to see if one of the leads had been loosened during shipping. I took the case off and checked and sure enough that was the problem. I secured it and it now works perfectly. It's good to know that they are helpful after the sale and will stand by their product. That's the kind of company I like to deal with!

Excellent printing but print heads clog easily.
There is one major problem with this printer. The print heads are notorious for clogging up. Very few people know how to clean them effectively. I use it because it has the ability to print on discs. The quality of the printing is excellent. If you can put up with constant head cleaning I recommend it.
