Great Value For Money
This is my fourth refurbished personal computer. I don't think I will ever buy "new, out of the box, again."

Garbage.
Maybe I got a dud. On/Off switch doesn't work worth a darn. Pretty much useless to me. At the price point it's really not worth the time, effort, expense to return. Pretty much just plain garbage.
