    Great product! Excellent packaging! Impressive seller. 5 star review! Only issue was not something he could control. Post office was extremely slow in shipment. It took 10 days to move the product to me. Post office kept giving me delivery dates, but then never delivered. Perhaps find a more customer friendly service. Thank you so much for your sale.

    Very fast shipping, packaging was okay if frugal. Description "in good shape" but copper damper plate was bent so that it rubbed against frame. Maybe this happened in shipping. Things happen in shipping. Maybe it was all the tightly compressed newspaper packing, don't know. No big deal, I was able to repair and zero it and it is very accurate across the range. Therefore, a great value, would buy again.
