Great Knife.... Great value!!!
Love the knife for food preparation! Good steel, holds edge. Great all purpose RV, Boat, camping or picnic food preparation knife. It has a beautiful wood handle that I love but also know that over time will deteriorate with detergent washings, etc. While I truly love the wood, for the function/purpose of this knife I would opt for a non porous handle if that were offered as an option by the manufacturer.
