Testing of the device

I wanted to set this device up on 10.3 GHz and found that it would not go to this frequency range, the VCO has two ranges 9.95 GHz or 10.66 GHz. Not from 9.95 GHz up to 10.66 GHz, low range was from about 9.9 up to just on 10GHz and the upper range was from 10.6 to about 10.7GHz. Other then this there work very well and easy to set up and make use of.
