  At least I was honest about the transaction and returned the item in better condition than it was shipped to me. You might improve your customer service by treating your customers with respect instead of trying to recover your losses by falsely claiming that a perfectly good item was returned damaged. Had you offered to send me the RIGHT bug deflector instead, we wouldn't have had an issue. Bad business practice on your part. Thanks for the positive review, but you don't deserve one.
