Butter Boat
It works great. By putting water in the bottom dish,you can leave your butter on the counter. The b/ boat will leave your butter pliable,but it won't be a melted mess. Love it

Lightweight and great features
My older unit side lock-in lever only had 2 positions - open and seal. I would make the mistake of storing it in closed position. Eventually this started to wear out the mechanism that closed it tight. So,after the vacuumed finished the seal might not seal completely. The new one has 3 lever positions- open,store,and seal. Also it has a bag slide cutter about 3/4” beyond the sealer. So you can cut then push seal and have one end of the bag ready to go.
