Malibu transformer controller for landscape lights does not interfere with AM radio broadcasts
My Malibu transformer controller failed after many years of use.
I bought another manufacturers transformer controller from a big box store this year to replace my Malibu. I liked the way the new one worked except for one major problem. The model that I bought put static on AM radio transmissions when turned on. I tried a 2nd unit & had the same problem. I then searched for the exact model of Malibu controller that I had used previously. I found it on EBAY & bought it. The Malibu that I bought does not put static on my AM radios so I am happy to have found it.
I returned the other 2 transformer controllers to the store for a refund.

Accurate radon gas readings
7 of 7 found this helpful I have used this detector for over a month. The readings that I get with this device compare favorably with two other test methods that were used. The only drawback that I have seen is that pressing the RESET button can cause an error message to appear in the display. Sometimes a subsequent press of the button causes the unit to recover. Also removing the batteries for a few minutes & then reinserting them will recover from an error. I have contacted the manufacturer several times via email & they always respond with helpful information.
I feel confident that the radon gas readings that I get are valid.
