Works Great
I had to get a new one because the fan that came with my HP was off balance. If I picked up, moved, or bumped my computer at all, it would start grinding. It was covered under the warranty, but I didn't trust (or want) mailing it off and not get it back for a month, risking loss and whatnot.
So I decided to get a new fan and put it in myself. My warranty is void now, but like I said, the risks of utilizing the warranty outweigh not having one. The new fan fixed everything. This fan was so much cheaper than anything I would have found in the store and I'm glad I found it.
