good for sensory and fine muscle
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought them for my toddler who loves them. I soaked 2 table spoons of them overnight and they became half inch balls which are about one gallon. But they can be easily smashed. He likes to smash than touch or hold. When they are spread in a container, they became small (about 1/4 inch or smaller). Although they are so small and slippery to hold that it take time to smash, he can smash them too.

Save money in the long run
This is perfect to use in a lamp that has a pin base. The light bulbs with pin base are expensive and less selection in watts. With this, I can use any socket bulb available at home.

Not for baby, maybe for parents
2 of 2 found this helpful It seems an advertisement of toys. For speech development, baby should see the adult's mouth when saying words using toys (such as up, down). If parents like to teach babies sign language, it may be useful. For speech therapy, it is not enough. My baby doesn't like to watch it. For parents, search you tube for speech therapy video. They'll show how to interact with parents and babies while teaching words.
