Baseball Analytics Primer
This book does a deep dive into the Astros use of analytics to make player decisions. It started simple, but evolved into wider and deeper use - even deciding on field strategies, player movement through the minors, and much more.
Every team is now using analytics to a degree, so this book brings you up to speed on what that means.
Drellich dedicated like three years of his life to this project, and it shows with his detailed history of the Astros over the past decade.

A great buy for the right price
A rather nice bag
- Lots of storage space - lots of pockets
- Well padded
- Straps to your body so your hands are free
- Somewhat slim to easily fit under the airplane seat
