Item came as expected and the shipping was reasonable. However, the package was not shipped within the promised time-frame, and nothing was communicated to me from the seller, UNTIL I messaged them calling them out for it. Even then, it took several more days to ship. the packaging was not very professional at all and if my item purchased was fragile I would have been upset. Overall was not satisfied with this seller and would recommend seeking a more professional ebay seller.

Be very careful when buying toys from this retailer, I had to pay for the item twice because after accepting my offer and making the payment as agreed, he did not send me the item. I had to accept an increase of €40 in order to get the same one again! I received the robot broken with missing parts, I opened a complaint and I was right. I returned the product attaching all the photographic documentation as evidence, today he contacts me again telling me that he received the incomplete object 🤣
