Cartridge bearing?
I was expecting a sealed bearing set, but the bearings were visible and, although the top is protected by its location, the bottom bearing appears to be susceptible to road grime and rain as there is no bottom seal to protect it. As I avoid riding in the rain, it may be a long time before any issue develops. At the price, it was a good replacement for my worn headset.

Does what it is intended forUseful tool. Since it is hard to distinguish between 2, 2.5 and 3 mm, I used my dremel tool to engrave #s and filled them

Good value for the money
For the price, this wrench works and I will use it often. Another brand costs about $7 more and is of better quality and more precisely machined and I have that one also. I wanted a cheap wrench for use when I work away from home. Perfect for the home mechanic's occasional use and one who wants the correct tool for the job.
