Good but not great

A few things wrong right from unpacking. They put the wrong fitting in the extension where the water line connects. Good luck trying to get if loose . I used 2 large pipe wrenches and couldnt break it loose. I had to buy a quick connect to hook up the water line.Also, when fully extended, hold on. It is almost impossible to control and hold on to. Would be nice to include a shoulder strap. Your arms will tire very quickly. Overall, it gets the job done, but I still had to use a ladder to reach to the top of my house
