Works well, but needed a wired connection for initial setup / delivered very promptly
2 of 2 found this helpful A great way of sending tunes wirelessly from my computer or iPhone to my hifi. The second one I've bought.
A bit of a faff to set up initially (using a recent MacBook), due to the need for a wired connection to a computer, and the computer demanding dongles before it would even think about it.
Anyway, after hooking it up to an old MacBook with an ethernet cable, it was very easy and intuitive to set up and connect to my existing WiFi network using Airport utility (tip: don't create a new network - the default option), and after the initial setup, Airport Utility (on computer and phone) seem able to manage things quite happily without further assistance from cables.
Was a bit grubby when it arrived, but was fine after a quick wipe, and works fine.
