Hooked up and working in minutes. Included disc walks you through setup and password etc. Watch You Tube and surf on two (up to 5) computers at the same time! CAVEAT: Because this is "yesterday's" model, you will need proof of purchase date etc. to get 1-year warranty and/or Netgear tech support. Also, FOR INITIAL SETUP ONLY, I had to unplug my ISP-provided modem and reboot for a minute after hooking up the router before the modem recognized the new subnet mask.
