Not what I ordered and not very good either...
1 of 1 found this helpful My main prerequisite for my next computer was a lighted keyboard and that was the only thing in my search. I found this Labor Day deal with additional $ off. I knew it was a refurbished machine with a 30 day warranty. It took a week to get and then it didn't have a lit keyboard, my main need on any computer! I requested a RMA, which I got, but was told they must get it back by the 20th and it was already the evening of the 14th before I was told that. I'm disabled and couldn't have it shipped back by the 20th, with no transportation. I decided to check it out on the 16th. It works, but is slow for the amount of memory and the AMD processor speed. Must be a bad combination? My wife's hp celeron, smaller HD and memory is faster than this lump of electronic waste. She bought her machine new and I buy this refurb that looks better on specs and costs as much as hers new as mine is a refurb and I didn't get the 40 percent Labor Day discount! Not happy, feel kinda ripped off.
