Production date a little confessing

I purchased for the high mileage ratings and hydroplaning ratings. Being a tire guy, I always check production dates before I install tires on my vehicles, it's a 4-digit code on the tire, which tell you week and year tire was manufactured. The must have changed the rules best i can make out this tire has a 7-digit code. I just installed these tires with about 200 miles on them they ride good.
