  Was sent a counterfeit fake item. I kindly informed the seller, but was met with a rude refusal to allow me to return the item or refund me. Wasted hours of my time. I sent photos of the fake item and was ignored. In the end, after weeks, eBay themselves stepped in and refunded me as the seller would not. Very unprofessional, and unkind. With the refunded money I have bought a genuine one from Amazon. Why ebay allows counterfeit items to be sold on ebay is beyond me. I will stick to Amazon.

  Lies but okay. Thankfully i didnt have to pay the refund, eBay did. Have receipts and invoice to prove it wasn’t fake.
