Great product

This is an excellent product. Reduced price due to being refurbished. I can't even tell that it is refurbished. It is so easy to use, once I get used to which buttons to use without my reading glasses. The main buttons for me are Timer, Temperature and Convection on. So easy. Easy to clean also.

It has a nice texture on top. Easy on bare feet and very easy to clean. I think I would get one for the bathroom too.

Great quality

This is a refurbished unit. I've had no problems at all. Easy to clean after each use, especially if using paper filters. I had been using a French Press for a few years, so I was use to more coffee oils in the drink. The gold screen filter is close to the same result as a Press. The screen is more trouble to clean, so I'm getting use to the papers. The unit makes my coffee in about 6 minutes. I only make 8 cups, which is 3 of my coffee mugs. It would be easier to fill, if the container was not black. Hard to see if I'm pouring into the right hole. Solved with use of a funnel. Overall, very satisfied.
