Painful, ineffective product and useless guarantee
1 of 1 found this helpful Very uncomfortable and my snoring app indicated that it was completely ineffective after a two night trial. Satisfaction guarantee is not worth my time if I have to package and pay for shipping. Again, Bezos eats your lunch. I just drop off their returns at Kohl's and get a cool discount coupon for the store. Brilliant move to get people back to bricks and mortar. It will fail of course, Kohl's will eventually go belly up or move online, but meanwhile I am enjoying hassle-free returns and buying stuff cheap!
