Best formulation I have found
As an arthritis sufferer, not a pharmacist nor researcher, I cannot say what is in Flexoplex, nor why it works. But I can say that I've taken it for 13 years now and it works much better for me than any other Joint supplement I have tried. While I like the fact that all the ingredients are natural, the results is what matters to me.

Poor Design Defeats the Purpose
The self-watering feature is a must in my book for indoor plants, so that even in hot weather watering can be done once or at most twice per week. However, this design suffers from the rounded bottom which appears to be just a stylistic choice by a designer oblivious to the functional requirements. The bottom is so narrow that the holding capacity of the water for your plants to drink/suck up is quite small. And unless they are placed in a hanger of some sort, they are prone to tipping over once you put a grown plant in it. To top it off, the opening at the bottom where the water goes is so small that even using a watering pitcher with a long narrow spout you'll have trouble seeing in so you don't over-top the reservoir. Forget about trying to use a measuring cup, or putting your finger in to sense the water level.
In short, if you are looking for a self-watering planter because it will be easy to water, need water less often, and overall be mess-free, look elsewhere. Because this product has a poor design that defeats all of those purposes.
